These are the full conditions behind Our 8 Promises on the home page, and the two extra promises for prop firm builds. We keep them in plain English. The promises are on top of your legal rights and do not take any of them away. [CONFIRM: legal review]

General conditions
These apply to every promise below.
- No promise ever depends on profit, on passing a challenge or on getting paid out. We promise our work, not a trading result.
- Claims must be made by email to info@passifyalgo.com within 30 days of the event the claim is about. [CONFIRM: claim window]
- You can make one claim per promise per build.
- Every EA we build writes a log of each decision it makes. Claims under promises 1, 4 and 5, and under the two prop firm promises, are assessed using the EA's logs and the account's trade history, which you provide.
- Where a promise pays you money, we pay it by bank transfer.
- These promises are on top of your legal rights. Nothing here limits or removes any right you have by law.
The 14-day fix window
Where a promise says "if we can't fix it within 14 days", the 14 days start on the day you report the problem to us by email with the details we need (what happened, when, and the logs or trade history). If you are slow to send what we need, the 14 days pause until you do.
How to make a claim
- Email info@passifyalgo.com within the claim window, with the promise number in the subject line.
- Tell us what happened and when, and which rule in your signed brief or which promise it relates to.
- Send the EA's logs and your account's trade history for the period, where the promise needs them.
- We reply in writing with what we found and what we will do. If we agree, we fix it or pay the remedy by bank transfer.
What is never covered
- Any loss of money, profit you did not make, or a challenge you did not pass or a payout you did not get, unless a promise below says otherwise in so many words.
- Changes you made to the EA's code or settings, or other software running on the same account.
- Events outside the EA's control, such as price gaps, slippage, spread spikes, and broker, platform or VPS outages.
[CONFIRM: legal review]
1. Every rule in your brief, or we refund twice the build fee.
If we can't fix it within 14 days.
Before the build starts, your brief lists every rule of your strategy as a numbered, testable line, and you sign it. The testing report checks every one of those rules. If the EA does not follow a rule in your signed brief and we cannot fix it within 14 days (see the 14-day fix window above), we pay you back twice what you have paid for the build.
- "Not what I meant" is judged against the signed brief, not against what was said on a call or in a message.
- Profit is never a rule. A rule is something the EA does or does not do, such as "do not open a trade after 20:00".
- "Twice the build fee" means double the build payments we have received at the date of your claim. It does not include Always-Up-to-Date Plan fees.
Clients in Australia
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy, such as a refund, for a major failure with the service, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. This promise is in addition to those rights. [CONFIRM: legal review of the Australian Consumer Law wording]

2. 3 free tweaks.
After testing, change up to 3 of your existing rules, free, within 30 days.
- A tweak changes a rule that already exists in your signed brief: a number, a time, or a filter switched on or off.
- It does not add new logic, new indicators or new entry types.
- You get one round of tweaks. Send all 3 together.
- Anything bigger is quoted as a new build.
[CONFIRM: legal review]
3. On time or on us.
If demo testing hasn't started by day 28 because of us, you get a free month of the Always-Up-to-Date Plan for every week we are late.
- The 42 days, and the days in this promise, count from the day the brief is signed.
- The free months are added after your first 3 free months of the plan.
- The clock pauses for delays on your side, such as late answers or changes after the brief is signed.
- You can get at most 3 free months under this promise.
[CONFIRM: legal review]
4. Pay after the demo test.
The last $1,000 is only due after 2 weeks on demo with zero rule breaches caused by the EA's logic.
- "Go" means the EA ran for 2 weeks on a demo account, followed your signed brief, and broke zero rules through its own logic.
- These breaches do not count against the EA: price gaps, slippage, spread spikes, and broker or platform outages.
- This is never about profit. A demo test passes on rules followed, not on money made.
[CONFIRM: legal review]
5. Our mistake, our fix.
If our code or settings break a rule in your signed brief after handover, we fix it free within 7 days of you reporting it.
- The breach must have been caused by the EA's logic or by settings Passify set.
- You must not have changed the EA's code or settings since handover.
- We assess the claim from the EA's logs and your account's trade history, which you provide.
- Not covered: price gaps, slippage past the stop, spread spikes, manual trades, other EAs on the same account, and broker, platform or VPS outages.
- This promise is a free fix. It does not pay for losses.
The 7 days start when you report the problem with the information we need. [CONFIRM: legal review]
6. Written only for you.
We never sell, share or reuse your code.
- We write your EA only for you, and we do not sell, share or reuse it for anyone else.
- Your handover includes a signed certificate that says so.
- Not covered: code you share or publish yourself, or pass to someone else.
[CONFIRM: legal review]
7. Cancel in 30, get it back.
Cancel within 30 days of your first paid month of the Always-Up-to-Date Plan and we refund that month. No questions.
- The 30 days start on the day of your first paid month, which comes after your 3 free months.
- You can cancel online any time. If you cancel, the EA you own keeps working.
- The refund is for that first paid month only.
[CONFIRM: legal review]
8. The keys are yours.
Once you have the source code, it is yours for good.
- After handover and final payment, the source code is yours. That is why there are no change-of-mind refunds after handover.
- This does not affect your legal rights.
Clients in the UK and EU
You normally have 14 days to cancel a service you buy online. When you sign, you tick a box to say you want us to start work within that 14-day cancellation period. If you cancel inside those 14 days, we keep a fair amount for the work already done and refund the rest.

Two more promises for prop firm builds
These two apply only to builds for a supported firm. A "supported firm" is a firm whose written rules Passify currently codes in: FTMO, E8 Markets and Funded Trading Plus at the time of writing. [CONFIRM: firm list] Passify is not affiliated with or endorsed by any prop firm.
Our mistake, our bill.
If our code or settings break one of your firm's written rules, we fix it free and pay for your next challenge.
This covers only these cases:
- The EA opened a trade whose loss at its stop was bigger than the room left on the limit.
- The EA ignored a limit that is in your signed brief.
- Passify set the wrong limit for the firm.
Not covered:
- Price gaps and slippage past the stop.
- Spread spikes.
- Manual trades.
- Settings changed by you.
- Other EAs on the same account.
- Broker, platform or VPS outages.
- Firm rule changes Passify was not told about.
- The firm's own calculation errors.
To claim, the build must be for a supported firm, your risk settings must be untouched, your Always-Up-to-Date Plan must be active, and you must provide the EA's logs and your account's trade history. We pay for one challenge fee at most.
[CONFIRM: legal review]
Nobody else's code.
If a supported firm says in writing your code isn't original, we fix it and pay for your next challenge.
- It applies only to supported firms, and only when the firm's written reason says the code isn't original, the proof of ownership is faulty, or the code was shared by Passify.
- Not covered: a firm banning commissioned or third-party EAs, a rejection because another trader runs a similar strategy, and a rejection with no written reason.
- You share the firm's message with us privately. Passify never publishes it.
- We pay for one challenge fee at most.
